"He has made a positive impact in the lodge with his regular attendance and his friendly outgoing manner in his interaction with the brethren. He has served on several committees, most notable as a valued member of the Temple Board since 2014. He organized and conducted open house tours/visitations to the Lodge building ((Moncton historical building public awareness - 2 occasions, 2017 & 2022). As President of the Masonic Club which provides an opportunity for social activities for members and their spouses - 5 years 2017-2022. "Since joining the lodge John has, with few exceptions, been an officer in the lodge with consistent attendance and participation at lodge meetings and practice nights. He works well with others and is a valued member in his contribution to the lodge as a ritualist in degree work, installation team (including installing Officer for Closed & semi-public installations) as well as a mentor and a knowledgeable and dedicated resource. He is dedicated to the members of his lodge and to the fraternity. His active participation and involvement within the lodge and behind the scenes as evidenced by the efficient and friendly manner in which he performs his duties as secretary, with a membership typically in the 125-150 range. A member who has made a significant impact within the lodge over many years, and one who is held in high regard by the brethren. |
